Debbie Birch, a director of Miraka has won the Māori Leadership in Finance Award at the 2023 Institute of Finance Professionals in NZ Awards (INFINZ).
The INFINZ awards recognise excellence in New Zealand’s financial services ecosystem.
Debbie won the award for promoting circular economy thinking to maximise the impact for tribal wealth and wellbeing.
INFINZ is the professional body for people in finance-related roles and working in the financial services ecosystem in NZ. The awards dinner were attended by 750 guests at a black-tie dinner in Auckland last week.
