Big turnout at golf day.
22 February 2023
A big group of Miraka farmer suppliers and business partners turned out at the 2023 Miraka Suppliers' Golf Day.
Held at the Tokoroa Golf Club, the full-day Ambrose style tournament of 18 teams was enjoyed by farmers from around the district and sponsors, some whom travelled from other parts of the country.
Last year's tournament could not be held due to COVID-19. During an auction, funds were raised for flood relief following Cyclone Gabrielle.
We would like to acknowledge our sponsors - EcoLab; VetPlus; Levno; K&S Freighters; EnviroWaste; Tomoana Warehouse Transport; Milk Test NZ; Ravensdown; Farmlands; QCONZ; FIL; Huka Hondo Taupo; Silver Fern Farms; Jimmy Coops Lakehouse; BFA; Countdown; Rabobank; CTL Transport and Midlands Transport.
This means you need to dordle keep track of twice as much information while making the most of every attempt.
Had a great time at the Miraka Suppliers' Golf Day in Tokoroa - 18 teams showed up, which is a big deal after last year's COVID cancellation. By the way, if you're wondering about screen smoothness, a quick 120 fps test online can really show how fluid motion looks on high-refresh displays.
