A crowd of around 300 guests attended the 2023 Miraka Suppliers' Dinner at Taupō's Great Lake Centre this week.
The annual dinner celebrates our farmer suppliers and recognises Matariki, the beginning of the new season and Māori New Year.
The highlights of the evening included recognising the 23 Grade Free farms and the winners of the Kaitiakitanga On-Farm Award and the Te Ara Miraka Awards.
A stirring haka by Miraka staff acknowledged the three (3) 1st place-getter farms in the Te Ara Miraka Awards.
Former TVNZ journalist, Matt Chisholm was the guest speaker at this year's dinner.
