Miraka is one of three New Zealand companies to make the finals in the He Kai Kei Aku Ringa for Maori Excellence in export category of the awards.

The Maori owned dairy company Miraka goes into its fourth season with excellent prospects.

The BNZ Bay of Plenty Export Awards were held on Friday 27 June 2014 with Miraka Limited taking out the United Travel Business Emerging Exporter of the Year Award.

The Ambassador, Wang Lutong, who accompanied Prime Minister John Key on his recent visit to China was impressed by the Miraka operation and haka performed by staff.

Chairman Kingi Smiler and CEO Richard Wyeth welcomed Nadia Lim Dietician and Masterchef winner, to Miraka.
