COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

The Applicant authorizes the Company to collect, retain

and use anny information about the Applicant for the

purposes of assessing the Applicant’s suitability to

supply milk to Miraka Ltd.

The Applicant authorizes the Company to disclose any

information obtained, to any person for the purposes set

out in above clause. Where the Customer is a natural

person the authorities under the above paragraphs are

authorities or consents under the Privacy Act 1993.
