LISTENING

TO OUR LAND

We are the children of Ranginui (Sky Father) and Papatūānuku (Earth Mother) and we connect with, protect and restore our natural environment. We are kaitiaki – caring for this place for the generations that follow. We nurture our world, our families, and our future.

LEARNING

FROM OUR PAST

Our values guide our 100-year strategy. We are informed by the traditions of our past and inspired by our future. We find tikanga (natural balance) and achieve world-class standards in sustainable land use and animal welfare while producing premium quality milk.

LEADING

IN SUSTAINABLE DAIRY

The decisions we make now guide our future. We are a values-based company and form relationships with those who value the world as we do – connections from whenua to whānau (farm to family). We make decisions for the long-term and work with customers and companies that do the same. We like to think of Miraka products as ‘the thinking person’s milk’.

Miraka processes 300 million litres of milk a year using renewable geothermal energy.

Our factory in Mokai, near Taupō, has one of the lowest dairy processing carbon footprints in the world.

MIRAKA.

It's so much more than milk.
